    @stackedhippiechick sucralose is sucrose but after they REMOVE, so it stands to show its less than table sugar, Hydroxyl groups from the moelcule. so sucralose is a component in table sugar and raw sugar. as much as a person “can” comsume is all based on comfort of how sweet you want something to taste it has nothing to do with blood glucose levels amino acids or fats, its broken down to a form that you experience at your taste buds and nowhere further. do some research.

    i planning to buy this drink supplement but the thing is do i need to buy the bottle shaker or i just put the correct amount of powder on my glass of cup.. how long does it take for me to gain weigh for beginner to drink this supplement cause it will be my very first time to drink this???

    Okay so you have muscle milk, which is shit with only 32 grams of protein, the true-mass which is a weight gainer, the complete OPPOSITE of the muscle milk, the extreme 60, which is good and i don’t even know the other one. Sounds to me like you are confused about what kind of stack you need

    About what lean mass are u talking dude ? Look at yourself…Spending so much money on suplements and what result did u achieve so far ? Buy some fucking good food rich in protein and start lifting weights for god sake.

    @hamilton5071 yeah its a little rough but if you can stomach it you will definitely start seeing results. I was a big believer in the whey protein thing after the workout but it just got way to expensive, and truth be told I’m seeing way better results with the chocolate milk!

    @gonegolfn07 holy shit. I couldnt imagine drinking a half gallon of chocolate milk after a workout. Ive drank that much milk before but i would be puking if i tried to do it after a workout. But if it works for you go for it.

    best thing to take after a workout…Half a gallon of chocolate milk sweetened with sugar NOT HFCS. Restores glycogen levels as well as provides 64 grams of protein (20% whey and 80% casein). And for those who say whey hits the muscles faster, that is true, however, when you induce such a large insulin spike, the protein (regardless of type) is shuttled into the muscle at a rapid rate. The ultimate in recovery and its cheap!
