My comparison between Muscle Milk, EAS, Syntha 6 whey proteins and a few tips about taking them. Also a little science example of protein absorption with your muscles.

    wow is this news, that dehydrated milk from cows oozeing puss n full of antibiotics is toxic? whey is sludge, build a body n lymph caked up with sludge if u want to.

    @125TVThird Well of course muscle milk and lifting is going to help you gain muscle. And muscle is very heavy much heavier than fat. So your definetly going to gain weight. Does that answer your question LoL.

    Stay away from muscle milk. Consumer report tested it for toxic metals and had a too high a content in 3 scoops to be safe in humans. Bsn syntha 6 was safe up to 4 scoops a day MAX. And it works very well. Yes muscle milk is garbage and dangerous

    The sustained release refers to the blend of proteins in it because it has Casein in it. It’s a “slow-released” protein so that’s why they say it’s slow. Just so you know

    Muscle Milk is complete garbage. Do the math folks – 32g of protein in a 70g serving = 45%! Over half the tub is filler junk. They prey on idiots like the dunce in this video that just wants it to taste like ice cream and doesn’t care about the quality. A good protein will be between 80-90%. Just read the label and do the simple math. So many misinformed morons.

    i take muscle milk it works,da best one is vanilla in my opion it does work.i tried eas choclate falvor i really didnt like i like vanilla better…eas has strawberry nd banana falvors to i dont recommend them though go for da vanilla
