I drink one of these after coming home from the gym. They’re filling and quite satisfying and I don’t feel the need to eat anything else. They’re best ice cold although the instructions say not to freeze them, so I stick a cold one from the fridge in to the freezer for just a few minutes as soon as I get home, and by the time I’ve changed out of my sweaty work-out clothes, it’s really ice cold without actually being frozen.
160 calories – 30 from fat; total fat 3 grams; 5 grams carbs; 1 gram sugar; 3 grams fiber; 30 grams protein; 330 mg sodium; 680 mg potassium; no high fructose corn syrup. However, FYI, this does contain some calcium caseinate just in case you are not in favor of using calcium caseinate as a protein source.
I buy the chocolate flavor which is quite yummy, not artificial tasting and tastes like thick, chocolate milk – especially when ice cold as mentioned above. I’ve never tried any other flavors except the chocolate.
This price and shipping seem very expensive, but I buy them at one of the membership big-box warehouse type places (that begins with the letter “C”) for a much better and more reasonable price.

You can buy these at Costco for much less than on this site! I believe that the Costco price was around $24.00 for 18 shakes.

I typically do not like these types of drinks since most aste artificial. I would agree that these taste like chocolate milk. With the low low fat and carb content and super high protein, skip milk and drink these. You wont be sorry. I like others buy at my local warehouse store for much less than online ;0

These shakes are AMAZING! Taste great! Not grainy or chalky, just takes like chocolate milk. 30 grams of protein and only 3 grams fat.

So the reality is this- Amazing product BUT, way over priced on this site…..
Right Now They are $5.00 off of the case price at C0stc0….. which means they are less than $20.00 a case. thru mid June…..it is Limit Two but just keep going back again and again.
These are great for a recovery drink.
Taste great and very smooth…..
