This is the basic bodybuilding diet that I’m following for the course of my weight gain period. I’ll stick to this and when my weight gain slows down I’ll simply increase the quantities. @Hablodevera Haha you lazy drunk. If u gain weight tht way u’ll b extremely outta shape and make it very hard to gain muscle at the gym, which u will have to do sooner or later to become a body builder. Eat steak, chicken, nuts, lots of protein and workout. But hell, I’m no expert… maybe you should stick with ur beer n doughnuts, let me know how it goes!

besides water retention, are there any other downside to eating a high carb diet for cutting?

1 cup of real oats is around 600kcals you must be eating the fluffy type of oats thats around 300 kcals in 1 cup.The oatmeal this guy is eating will be the grounded kind can fit alot more into a cup compared to the fluffed out expaned kind of oats.

Optimum Nutrition is the best but this fuckin hasnt THE slightest clue

  15. FortuneGranted3000 says:

It can’t? OH Shit I better reduce my intake then. So what about if you work all damn day and/or go to school? So you won’t be hungry and end up stuffing your face to the point you’d have to shit not too long after-wards? Somebodystopme

Whats wrong with your hair partner? Looks like it’s falling out.

You eat 1000 calories a meal you wil get FAT, period. The body can’t assimilate that many calories at one meal.

I think the best weight gainer is called “muscle juice”…it has freakin 1250 calories per serving with milk and 55g of protein…don’t tell me that won’t pack on some weight. the cheapest place to get it is stronger nutrition. if you go to their website to order something and you want 10% off, use my referral code 22X6U…just tryin to help a brotha out

  20. mojojojoe100 says:

    105kg!? lol enough, im 56kg

  21. bigjoe454 says:

Haha, you fool, skimmed milk has more protein than full fat.

  22. bigjoe454 says:

same here =] and its brilliant.

  23. KANETREADWELL says:

I use ON Whey, its awsome.

  24. meamichael says:

    dear jmp789,

dude, you have to be careful with “muscle juice”. it has alot of toxic ingredients.

i personally tried it and found that not only did it taste not so good, but it was ineffective.

i just switched to OptimumNutrition 100%Whey. Works better and it’s much cheaper.

1 cup of oats equals approx 340cal (+milk cals). I eat the same every morning with 10 eggwhites. I can’t see how you can eat 1000 cals every meal while keeping your diet clean. Brown rice is also a staple diet for me as I choose to bulk clean so I know how much I’d need to eat to get my 1000cals….. Good luck fitting that in your stomach!
