My teenage sons love this stuff. They play tons of sports and need nurishment before or after practice before running off to other activities. My boys are thin, so the calories are not a concern for them, but kids (or adults) watching their weight should be aware of the relatively high calorie count.

This is my protein drink of choice – creamy and vanilla-y. Sometimes, I think I detect an ‘oaty’ taste, which is not bad at all. The Amazon price for these large-sized portions is very good. Mainly, I order from Amazon, though, because it’s not easy to find the product always on the supermarket shelf!
